Appearance[]

Chikutoge has short hair stylized with a long braid on her right side. She also has sharp eyes behind her glasses and always tries to be something stylish but appropriate to give the Mantinel Witches Association a good name.
Personality[]
Chikutoge maintains a highly perfectionist, hardworking and disciplined personality. She takes pride in upholding and promoting the good image of the Mantinel Witches Association, not only by striving to behave at her best but also by keeping other witches in check.
Her disciplined behavior tends to slip a little when interacting with Desscaras. Due to Desscaras' disregard for the rules, their friendship, and her tendency to annoy Togeice, she often appears more irritated around her.
Chikutoge also has a very poor sense of direction, often going in the opposite direction of her intended destination.

Chikutoge is one of the most naturally talented witches specializing in ice magic, having acquired 17 Majiks, including Macilvaine. Alongside Desscaras, she became the youngest witch in Mantinel history to earn the title of Full Witch at just 11 years old.
She has become somewhat of an idol for the next generation of witches, with new students finding her "cool" as she strives to uphold Mantinel’s good name. Her dedication is so strong that, at only 14 years old, she personally installed the association’s magic security system.

Desscaras and Chikutoge as kids.
As kids, Chikutoge seemed to be Desscaras's sort of rival. Not only because they had similar power levels but mostly due to Desscaras’ complete disregard for the rules. This drove Chikutoge mad, as she constantly tried to restrain her, making it impossible for the school staff to rest due to their frequent "fights."
Even today, Desscaras still enjoys annoying Chikutoge, but they have grown closer as friends, with Chikutoge clearly caring about her. At some point, Chikutoge also learned about Libro, which made her more worried about Desscaras. She noticed how Desscaras began to see Libro in Ichi, who due to the Prophecy, was fated to die, which would have left Desscaras devastated once again.
Monegold[]
Monegold seems to hold a particularly favorable view of Chikutoge, recognizing her great achievements, dedication, and deep respect for the Mantinel Witches Association. She even declared to Shirabedonna that if something were to happen to her, she would likely nominate Togeice as her successor.
Abilities and Skills[]
Similar to Desscaras, Chikutoge is one of the strongest and most beautiful witches, recognized for her incredible talent and skill. A unique trait of Chikutoge is that she primarily seeks to collect Majiks that she considers the "most elegant" and somehow related to ice magic. Unfortunately, her most recently acquired Majik, Macilvaine seems to be the first to break this pattern with his undignified nature and mushroom magic.
Magic Ability[]
- Ice Magic: The primary and the type of magic Chikutoge specializes in is Ice Magic. She can create various forms of ice walls and constructs or instantly freeze her targets.
- Durandla: A powerful spell that can "freeze" anything Chikutoge points her wand at "to death", completely freezing the target before shattering it entirely. When Chikutoge used this ability on World-Hater Majik, she was able to momentarily freeze him before he shattered the ice he was trapped in.
- River of Icenord: Ice spell that creates a rapid trail of icicles, freezing everything in its path.
- Huldra: Summons three-headed ice dragon Majik capable of freezing everything with its breath.
- Helganma: Summons gigantic worm-like majik creature from underground that bursts to the surface, capable of devouring everything in its path and potentially freeze solid everything it's swallows.
- Skopia: Creates a magical monocle that, when looked through, enhances vision by zooming in on distant objects.
- Mushroom Burst: Macilvaine's ability that creates several giant mushrooms that can encase an enemy inside.
